Maple

Maple is one of the forest's most beautiful trees. It is hard, close grained and strong. It is used in the manufacture of many items from musical instruments to gymnasium floors.. and now Arrowhead Wood Putters from Nova Scotia, Canada.

Jatoba - an exotic South American wood, noted for its hardness and beautiful rich colour and positioned directly inline with the Arrowhead logo as a visual aid in lining up the golf ball.

Grip

The Club

It is important to remember that each Arrowhead Wood Putter is a hand-crafted original. Therefore, treat it as virtually a "one-of-a-kind" club. With proper care it will provide you with countless rounds of enjoyable golf. Although one may be hesitant to actually play with these clubs, we invite you to include them in your bag and use them. Arrowhead Wood Putters are designed and intended for just that purpose. A cover for the club head is strongly suggested when being returned to the bag. Three coats of polyurethane finish protect the club from the elements. You may wish to treat the high-grade leather grip periodically with dubbin, available in most shoe stores.

Club Specs

Arrowhead Wood Putters offers two grip options: a standard round with flat surface and an octagonal. The octagonal grip conforms to the ruling on grip cross-sections as stipulated in the U.S Golf Association’s Rules of Golf.

Appendix II, 3(i) and (ii) states that:

(i) For clubs other than putters the grip must be circular in cross-section, except that a continuous, straight, slightly raised rib may be incorporated along the full length of the grip, and a slightly indented spiral is permitted on a wrapped grip or a replica of one.  (ii) A putter grip may have a non-circular cross-section, provided the cross-section has no concavity, is symmetrical and remains generally similar throughout the length of the grip.
